RECRUITMENT OF GENERAL MANAGER FOR RHFL- CORPORATE OFFICE, CHENNAI

Position : General Manager
Location : Chennai
Eligibility :
- Age not exceeding 45 years as on 01-04-2018 (relaxation up to 5 years can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience). The Competent Authority reserves the discretion to further relax the age (not exceeding the age of superannuation, i.e. 60 years) in case of deserving candidates based on profile.
- Any Graduation (10+2+3 format) from a UGC recognized university. Post graduation & professional qualification/ CAIIB shall be given additional weightage. Graduates from Open University will not be considered.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (for age not exceeding 45 years) in HFCs/ Banks/ FIs dealing in Credit (including minimum 2 years in the cadre of Deputy General Manager or equivalent).For further age relaxation, commensurate additional experience would be required.
- Early joining will be preferred.
- Candidates (internal-applying for lateral entry / external) having pending disciplinary action against them at the time of applying for the position or having been punished under disciplinary proceedings in last 5 years will not be considered eligible. All appointments are subject to satisfactory reference / background verification.
Pay & Perquisites :
CTC starting from Rs. 15 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable), plus office vehicle with driver salary reimbursement. However, experienced candidate would be compensated suitably as per market standard and Management discretion.
