➽ Technical Officer (ECE / EEE) : 09 Posts.
A First Class Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University with minimum one year post qualification experience Electronic Equipment/Module Testing, ECAD / EDA Tools, QC electronic Modules etc.
➽ Technical Officer (Mechanical) : 04 Posts.
A First Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University with minimum one year post qualification experience in Design, Manufacturing and QC of precious mechanical components and experience of CAD Tools etc.
➽ Technical Officer (Computer Science) : 02 Posts.
A First Class Engineering Degree in Computer Science with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution / University with minimum one year post qualification experience in C, C++, Visual studio, Embedded system programming, Simulators and ATEs.
➽ Scientific Assistant : 02 Posts.
A first class Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks from any institution recognized by the State Board of Technical Education. The Candidate should ave minimum one year post qualification experience in operating electronic equipments.
Upper age limit : Upper Age Limit as on 31/05/2018 is 30 years of Technical Officer and 25 years of Scientific Assistant. Age is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.

The candidate has to sign on print-out of on-line registered application form by affixing the recent colour passport size photograph (4 X 3 cms) at right top corner of online application form space provided for photograph. Also enclose the photo / attested copies of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, caste, PWD, if any invariably. The candidate can retain a copy of the registered on-line application form for future reference.
