Essential :
- Possesses recognized degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology and has had practical experience of working in a Factory in a supervisory capacity for a period of not less than 2 years; or a recognized degree in Physics or Chemistry and has had practical experience of working in factory in a supervisory capacity for a period of not less than 5 years; or a recognized diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology and has had practical experience of working in a factory in a supervisory capacity for a period of not less than 6 years.
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the State Government in this behalf; and
- Has adequate knowledge of Hindi language spoken by the majority of the workers in the factory.
Essential :
- Possesses a degree of a University recognized by the State Government in this behalf
- Has obtain a Degree or Diploma in Social Science from any institution recognized by the State Government in this behalf; and

Desirable : Diploma in printing technology from AICTE approved Institute.
Application Fees:
RS.400/- (plus applicable GST) for all applicants and each post. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of application fees. ii) The candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay application fees.
Upper Age Limit:
Upper Age-limit (as on 09.11.2018) 30 years and Minimum age limit 18 Years. Upper age limit is relaxable as Up to a maximum of 5 years for SC/ST candidates, Upto a maximum of 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC and Upto a maximum of 10 years if the candidate is a physically handicapped person.
Selection Process:
Selection for the posts will be done through the examination which will be conducted "Online", and will be of objective type.

To register application, choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter Name, Contact details, and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
