Education Qualifications:
Chargeman (Mechanic) : Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Production Engineering from a recognized University or Institute and Two years working experience in quality control or quality assurance or testing or proof in the area of design or production or Maintenance of Engineering equipment or system from a recognized organization.
Chargeman (Ammunition & Explosive) : Diploma in Chemical engineering from a recognized university or institution with two years experience in quality control or quality assurance or testing or proof in the area of chemical engineering or processing from recognized organization.
Upper Age Limits: Not exceeding 30 years (Relaxable for Government servant up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the central Government).
Application Fees : Candidates (except SC/ST/PwB/Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 205/ (Rupees Two hundred and five only) excluding applicable taxes and charges.
Selection process: Indian Navy will screen all applications registered online, as per eligibility criteria and terms and conditions specified by the Government of India from time to time. Merely fulfilling the basic selection criteria does not automatically entitle a person/applicant to be called for the online test. All shortlisted/eligible candidates will have to appear in the online computer based examination consisting of 100 objective type questions.
