Delhi ranks first among the five states with the highest number of Tests with 3,30,201, i.e. even more than the national average. Ladakh is second with 2,41,355, Goa is third with 2,37,626, Andaman and Nicobar is fourth with 2,02,033 and Andhra Pradesh is fifth with 1,77,627.
On the other hand, the country has a total of 23 states or UTs where the number of tests per 1 million population is higher than the national average, while there are 13 states or UTs where the number of tests per million population is less than the national average.
