Major changes are being made in the Gujarat Police Force before the local body elections. The Code of Conduct had earlier ordered the transfer of 88 unarmed PSIs in the state.
A large number of police officers have been transferred in Gujarat even before the dates for the local body elections are announced. Transfer orders have been issued for 88 unarmed PSIs in Gujarat.
