It was launched by Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari yesterday. This will reduce the cost of farming, which will benefit the sons of the earth.
The tractor is a combination of Ramvet Tech's solution and Tomaseto Ekile India. This tractor will save farmers one lakh rupees in fuel cost every year. CNG tractor is made with new technology. CNG tractors emit 70 percent less emissions than diesel tractors, which will result in less pollution. CNG fitted tractors do not have lead volume due to which the engine will work longer. Rajya Sabha MP from Gujarat Parshottam Rupala was also present on the occasion.
This tractor will not spread any pollution. Which will increase the life of the engine. So that maintenance costs will come down. CNG Tractors will also increase farmers' income, as CNG The price of diesel is double. Given the way petrol and diesel prices are going up, CNG tractors will be very beneficial. Mileage of CNG tractor will also be better than diesel tractor.
Launching the tractor, Gadkari said that like other CNG vehicles, it would initially require diesel to start. After this it will run on CNG. Farmers will now also be able to fit CNG kits into their old tractors. Detailed information on this will be released soon. He said that the average cost of 4 liters of diesel per hour for using a tractor in agriculture is around Rs 340, while operating a tractor with CNG is estimated to cost around Rs 180 in 4 hours.
