Railways has informed about this by tweeting. Railways has merged all its helpline numbers like 182 and 138 and issued Rail Help Integrated Singer Helpline 139.

Indian Railways tweeted that 138 and 182 helpline numbers have been merged from now on. From now on, you have to take advantage of any railway facility or call 139 for any problem. That is, from now on you will only need one number for railway facilities.
