Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has made a big announcement amid speculation that a lockdown will be imposed in the state again as Corona's case escalates. The Gujarat Medical Association has submitted in the High Court that a 14-day lockdown is required and the Gujarat government will consider the matter. The state needs to increase the test, the medical association has submitted in the High Court. On Monday, 11,403 new cases were reported in the state for the first time in the last 24 hours. The total death toll from Corona rose to 5,494, with a further 117 deaths. In the state today 4179 people have beaten Corona. So far 3,41,724 people have been discharged with it.The number of active cases in the state has increased to over 68 thousand. The number of active cases in the state has reached 68754. Of which 341 people are on ventilator and 68413 people are stable. The recovery rate from Corona in the state is 82.15 per cent.
