The Adani Group currently operates Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Mangalore, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram airports. The Adani Group has a 50-year contract to operate the airport.

Earlier, Mumbai Airport was managed by GVK Group. Adani Group has acquired its management by buying a stake in Jiveki Group in Mumbai International Airport Limited. The Adani Group already had a 23.5 per cent stake in Mumbai International Group.

Adani Airport Holdings Limited, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Adani Group, will start construction of Navi Mumbai International Airport from next month. The airport is expected to be operational by 2024.
