Ashwagandha is grown in relatively hot regions. Ashwagandha cultivation requires 25 to 30 degree temperature and 500 to 750 mm rainfall. There should be sufficient moisture in the field for plant growth. Ashwagandha roots grow well in 1 to 2 rains in autumn.
