Home Remedy: If you have a sore throat, try these effective Ayurvedic remedies
Take 15-20 ml of amla juice with one teaspoon of honey twice a day
Problems like sore throat are troubling with changing seasons. Sore throat problem also occurs due to changes in food and drink. Often eating deep fried food like pakoras, bhajiyas causes sore throat. Ayurvedic Dr. Diksha Bhavsar said that throat pain can be avoided by adopting some home remedies.
1. To rinse
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric and half a teaspoon of salt to 250 to 300 ml of water and boil the water for 5 minutes. Rinse with this water when warm. You can rinse 3-4 times a day. This way your throat will get relief.
2. Jethimadh powder will also benefit
Mix honey with a spoonful of jet honey powder and lick it twice or add warm water and rinse. Do this rinse once a day.
3. Amla juice
Take 15-20 ml of amla juice with one teaspoon of honey twice a day.
4. Fenugreek seeds are beneficial
Boil one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in 250 ml of water for five minutes and strain and drink.
5. Cinnamon powder
Boil half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in 250 ml of water for five minutes. Mix honey and lemon in it and drink it when warm.
6. Basil leaves
Boil 4-5 basil leaves in water and strain and drink. You can also mix honey and ginger in it.
7. Black pepper is also beneficial
Mix turmeric and black pepper in warm milk and drink it before going to bed. It will cure your sore throat.
8. Lemon and honey
Mix half a teaspoon of lemon and honey in warm water. Drink it. Drink warm water throughout the day. It will also relax the throat.
All these home remedies will relieve the throat. Sore throat is caused by change of season. It can also be cured with home remedies.
